Membership Application Form

We invite your participation as a partner in the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce. Membership in our Chamber will assist you in promoting your business, as well as serve as your voice on business issues.To become a Chamber member, simply fill out this application form.

*Plus $40 Start-up Fee. This one-time charge is to offset costs of bookkeeping, new member materials and a plaque.

**Full-Time Employee is defined as one employee per 40 hours worked per part-time employees. Please tell us the main reason you’re joining the Chamber (e.g. exposure in print, networking, community support, etc.)

*Please take a moment to provide us information for a reputable community minded people/companies you would refer as a potential chamber member.
