  • To guarantee appropriate signage, booth space must be paid by Monday, September 19, 2011.

  • Applications, accompanied by payment or deposit, will be assigned booth space in the order in which they were received.

  • Please print legibly. All sections must be filled out completely. The following information will appear in the Expo Guide and on booth sign: Company name, contact name, company address, main phone and web address.
