To guarantee appropriate signage, booth space must
be paid by Monday, September 19, 2011.
Applications, accompanied by payment or deposit,
will be assigned booth space in the order in which
they were received.
Please print legibly. All sections must be filled
out completely. The following information will appear
in the Expo Guide and on booth sign: Company name,
contact name, company address, main phone and web
address.
